SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our current order processing time is 0-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment department, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Orders will usually be shipped by USPS. Time in transit will vary depending on what your geographic area is and can be anywhere from 2 to 7 days in transit. If you need to “RUSH” an order and need a quicker delivery, please contact us at TinasHairLoft@gmail.com before placing order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All shipping addresses must be valid deliverable addresses. We are not responsible for bad, incorrectly entered or undeliverable addresses. Please be aware that “First Class”, mail will take longer to arrive than “Priority”.
For backordered items, customer will be notified of items found not to be in stock. You can decide to cancel your order if you wish to do so at that time. You can expect your order to ship 0-2 business days after the backordered item is returned to stock.
We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by emailing us at TinasHairLoft@gmail.com
If your package is lost in transit by the USPS we will file a claim with the USPS and send you out a new order, but first, reasonable time will have to be given to allow for any items to arrive at your address before we can file a claim as packages do at times take longer in transit than planned for. We (Tina's Hair Loft) are not responsible for delays in transit times as we do not run nor have control over the USPS. All delivery time are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If your package is marked as “DELIVERED” by the USPS but you still did not get your package you will have to file a claim with your local Post Office, and or local Law Enforcement. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that may have been stolen/lost once they have arrived at your address and marked as DELIVERED. No refund will be given in these circumstances. Please make the delivery address to be a safe and secure one as to secure safe delivery of the package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange within 30 days of shipment. As a one-time courtesy we will do an exchange for you. The item/s you are returning for exchange must still be in NEW unworn/unwashed condition. WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE OTHERWISE. Please do not send washed, perfumed or damaged goods, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT as a return. If you are a heavy smoker and we can smell smoke on the item/s we will not accept. If there is pet hair on the item/s we will not accept. Please write a note on the packing slip stating what you want to exchange for and send the package to the address on the packing slip. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping charges. If we made a mistake on our end and an item must be replaced, we will pay to ship back to you. If the mistake was made on your end you will have to pay for shipping both ways.
Refunds will only be given to orders in which items were shipped incorrectly or damaged. Although great care is given to inspecting all items before shipping, but some mistakes are made from time to time. If you would like to be refunded for the item, please contact us at TinasHairLoft@gmail.com to make arrangements. For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only minus an applicable re-stock fee. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item, so please be very aware of what you are ordering.
Please also note that if you have received a damaged or defective item, you should contact us immediately at TinasHairLoft@gmail.com to make arrangements.
If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (ie: misprinted logo, hole in fabric) please email us at TinasHairLoft@gmail.com. Please explain what is wrong with the item and remember to have your order number handy. We will happily replace it for you.
Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as back ordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. When possible, we will post expected ship dates. Back ordered items are typically returned to stock within 3-5 days. If you have an order for a back ordered item which has been open for more than 2 weeks, please contact us at TinasHairLoft@gmail.com.
An order cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please take great care when placing the order. All cancelled orders will incur a cancellation fee due to fees we get on our end.
